Community Voice Mail

Community Voice Mail allows low-income people who are without a phone to receive and check messages at a free, private voice mail box 24 hours a day.  It allows people to transition safely out of crisis situations such as homelessness and domestic abuse, as well as to find employment and safe, secure housing.  It’s also a great way to keep in touch with family and friends and get hooked up with other vital community resources.

Skagit County Community Action Agency's Community Voice Mail program is part of a national network of CVM sites, empowering people in crisis and transition by distributing free 24-hour voice mail nationwide - directly linking individuals to jobs, housing, safety and stability. Headquartered in Seattle, WA, the CVM National Website is www.cvm.org.
