Community Action's East County satellite office, located in the East County Community Resource Center in Concrete, provides basic services to upriver communities, including information and referrals, critical needs assistance, and energy assistance.  Each year, SCCAA's East County office helps more than 700 clients with their needs, either directly or with referrals.
