From I-5:
Take the College Way exit (#227) and turn East onto College Way.
Turn North (Left) at the second traffic light onto Riverside Drive.
Turn West (Left) onto Pacific Place (just before the Riverside Health Club on your left).
Skagit County Community Action Agency is the second building on the left.
