Take the Anacortes/Burlington exit (#230). Turn West
onto Highway 20 toward Anacortes |

Continue approximately 16.5 miles on Highway 20, and then
turn South (Left) on Highway 20 at the Fidalgo Country Inn |

Continue approximately 9 miles on Highway 20, bearing to
the Left at the first "Y" intersection after the traffic light, onto
Torpedo/Regatta Road. Bear immediately to the Left at the next "Y",
which is Torpedo Road. |

Travel a short distance to the stop sign at the cross
street, Crescent Harbor Road. You will be entering military space, and
need to provide military identification. |

Continue on Torpedo Road about 1 mile. |

Turn Southwest (Right) onto W. Pioneer Way, taking you to
Building 13, over the crest of the hill. |
