The Naval Air Station Woman, Infants, Children (WIC) Program and Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program are housed in Building #13 on the Seaplane Base in Oak Harbor.

WIC Office Hours:

Monday:           8:30am to 6:30pm (closed for lunch, 1:00pm to 1:30pm)

Tuesday-Thurs: 8:30am to 4:30pm (closed for lunch, 12:00pm to 12:30pm)

Friday:             The WIC Office is closed on Friday

MSS Office Hours:

MSS Services By Appointment:    Mon – Friday 8:30am to 3:00pm

Directions:

From I-5:

Take the Anacortes/Burlington exit (#230).  Turn West onto Highway 20 toward Anacortes

Continue approximately 16.5 miles on Highway 20, and then turn South (Left) on Highway 20 at the Fidalgo Country Inn

Continue approximately 9 miles on Highway 20, bearing to the Left at the first "Y" intersection after the traffic light, onto Torpedo/Regatta Road.  Bear immediately to the Left at the next "Y", which is Torpedo Road.

Travel a short distance to the stop sign at the cross street, Crescent Harbor Road.  You will be entering military space, and need to provide military identification.

Continue on Torpedo Road about 1 mile.

Turn Southwest (Right) onto W. Pioneer Way, taking you to Building 13, over the crest of the hill.

From Oak Harbor:

Use the South gate by the marina

Travel South on Regatta Drive

Turn East onto W. Pioneer Way

bullet

Enter through the gate.  Must show military identification

Turn Left onto Coral Sea Drive to return to W. Pioneer Way

bullet

Travel up the hill.  Building 13, the Fleet & Family Support Center, is on the Left.
