Volunteer Orientations

An Invitation

Are you interested in becoming:

bullet

A one-to-one reading or math tutor?

bullet

An English-as-a-Second-Language tutor?

bullet

An administrative volunteer?

bullet

A family literacy or youth literacy volunteer?

bullet

A GED preparation tutor?

Then attend a VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION!  This is your opportunity to learn about the many volunteer opportunities that are offered at Skagit County Community Action Agency’s Skagit Literacy and meet others who have similar interests.  Whatever capacity in which you wish to help Skagit Literacy, orientation is a prerequisite for getting involved.

Volunteer Orientations

To schedule an orientation, please contact Rachel Mehl by e-mail or phone (360.416.7585).

After the orientation, we will schedule individual interviews with those who wish to volunteer with Skagit Literacy.  Please call us at (360)416-7585 to reserve your spot for orientation.

For more information, please e-mail Literacy Services.
